Simple Health Advice +35 Simple Tips

January 16, 2019

I am not a doctor or medical expert, but I do know, from personal experience, that the #1 benefit of living with less, is better health.

Stress does crazy things to your mind and  body, so it only makes sense that reduced stress = better health. If less debt, stuff, and obligation = reduced stress, then it is clear that living with less = better health.

With all of that said, health is about more than reduced stress. Giving attention to staying healthy through proper diet and daily exercise can prevent disease and illness, or help you recover from it more quickly. Keep it simple, and do what works for you, but give your body the time and care that it deserves, so you can be strong and healthy enough to take care of the people you love.

To ensure great health, I think you need a combination of conventional and alternative practices. Illness is not cured with one pill. Stress is not relieved with one massage, and health cannot be restored without looking at the big picture.
