The seven specific herbs chosen for this tea have been used for many decades for their chakra rebalancing qualities. The herbs also have many shared healing properties, and combined, create a powerfully soothing and therapeutic blend for the mind, body and soul!
Packed with antioxidants, this tea helps to boost immunity and fight against colds, flu, and sinus infections and helps to aid digestive problems. Multiple ingredients in this blend are also known to enhance mental alertness, memory and concentration, and improve mood. Cinnamon and jasmine buds also improve energy, vitality and circulation while helping to assist weight loss and reduce blood sugar levels. Calendula and gotu kola further promote healthy skin, hair, and nails, calendula also helping to aid menstruation. Additional properties of elderflower help to soothe nerves, and also has diuretic and very mild laxative properties.
Safe to drink every day (in moderation of course), this is easily one of my favourite teas to nurture and support my holistic health and well-being!
