Service Description

This is a series of 6 (six) group sessions Zoom that allows you to look at yourself honestly. Review the gifts given from your ancestors. Review how your view yourself. Create your ideal epitath and review your life to meet your goal. There are lots of amazing activities involved, expect a lot of growth and a realignment to your true self. These sessions are 1 hour only designed to fit into lunch hours. Session 1 What you commit to, especially your unconscious commitments, rules and action determine the quality and vibrancy (joy) of your life Committing to yourself happens in layers, which we will do over 6 sessions. Session 2 Creating a container / a vessel allowing us to be in a relationship with ourselves Discussing our victim / our judge Session 3 Grounding excercises and visualisation to create a stable environment for ourselves. Releasing old stories – looking at our stories and re writing our stories to empower ourselves. Session 4 Owning your family story. Accepting the gifts bestowed on us by our families and additionally releasing subconscious family patterning. Cultivating creativity in your life Session 5 Identify how you react in stressful situations Create new pathways to release the above pattern into healthy patterns Session 6 Ho ‘oponopono process ( heart process) Wisdom and Silent knowledge Review of Sessions and the skills that you will take forward into the future $399 for 6 1 hour online sessions and includes a 30 minute 1:1 with Sally
