Reiki I - Usui Level 1 practitioner

Service Description

This is a first level Reiki course, which will teach you: The history and lineage of this ancient path of remembering. How Reiki actually works (theory and practice) How we can heal through understanding the nature of illness and disorder. How to access the flow of energy through the Chakra system How to perform a Reiki treatment for yourself, family, friends and pets Through a mix of theory, one-on-one Reiki and self-healing you will: Receive attunements from a Reiki Master to help dissolve fear. Become more grounded, calm and balanced. Enjoy a deeper peace and self-acceptance in day-to-day life. Amplify your body’s natural ability to heal itsel Learn to open your heart Connect to, and acknowledge your feelings, allowing emotions to flow freely, and therefore reduce the physical impact on your body To become a practitioner, each Reiki practitioner requires 1 hour per week of preparation time for 4 weeks.
