When I studied Mental Health First Aid I was introduced to a book called 'Changing Minds' by Dr Mark Cross and Dr Catherin Hanrahan. This book details many mental health disorders in very respectful and informative way. Provided are specific contacts for a variety of Mental Health issues. It details what to expect in the Mental Health System and how to start the path to recovery.

it also details anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, anorexia, bulimian, psychosis and schitzophrenia, gender indentity and suicide
